I was hungry, and you gave me food. I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was alone and away from home, and you invited me into your house. I was without clothes, and you gave me something to wear. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.

MISSION

To be hands and feet of Jesus Christ in the Huntclub-Riverside community through the provision of food and companionship.

GOALS

The He Cares, We Care program under the Overcomers' Outreach Initiatives department provides groceries to the Huntclub-Riverside community one Saturday a month. In addition to providing food, in order to truly show the love of Christ, the team also enforces hospitality and kindness in order to build sustainable relationships within the community. It is an impactful program whereby people and relationships are developed and the love and good news of Christ is spread throughout the community.
